Booking requests

A booking request isn't a confirmed booking. Your date is reserved once we confirm it by email. Graduation and portrait sessions need at least 3 days' notice, sports and events 7 days, and brand shoots 14 days. Dates can be requested up to 12 months ahead.

Quotes and prices

Prices shown on this site are starting prices. Your final price is the one in your confirmation, and includes any travel fee for locations more than 40 km from Winnipeg. Prices are in Canadian dollars, plus applicable taxes.

Payment

No deposit is required. You'll receive an invoice after your session. Individuals pay within 7 business days of the invoice date, and businesses within 30 days. We accept Interac e-Transfer, credit card through an invoice link, cash, and cheque or company purchase order.

Cancelling and rescheduling

You can cancel or reschedule at no charge. Please give as much notice as you can. If we have to cancel because of illness, an emergency or unsafe weather, we'll offer a new date, and if none works for you, you owe nothing.

Your photos

Edited photos are delivered within 7 days of your session through a private online gallery. The selection and editing style are at the photographer's discretion. Please download your photos and keep your own backup once they're delivered.

Usage rights

Bo Creative INC keeps the copyright in the photos. You receive a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use your photos for any personal or commercial purpose. Bo Creative may use selected photos in its portfolio, website and social media, unless we agree otherwise in writing, for example for a confidential brand project.

On the day

• If a location needs a permit or entry fee, you're responsible for arranging it unless we agree otherwise.
• For sessions with people under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to the session and to how the photos will be used.

Limitation of liability

We take great care with every session. If something outside our control, such as equipment failure or data loss, prevents us from delivering your photos, our liability is limited to refunding what you paid for that session.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Manitoba and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
