A travel fee may apply for shoots more than 40 km from Winnipeg.
Questions
How soon will I get my photos?
Within one week of your shoot, delivered as a private online gallery you can download from.
How and when do I pay?
There's no deposit. You'll get an invoice after your shoot. Individuals pay within 7 business days, and businesses within 30 days. I accept Interac e-Transfer, credit card through an invoice link, cash, and cheque or company purchase order.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes, at no charge. Please give as much notice as you can so the date can go to someone else.
How can I use the photos?
However you like. You get full usage rights, for personal and commercial use. Bo Creative INC may share selected images in its portfolio and on social media. Brands can ask for a project to stay private.
Do you travel?
Travel within 40 km of Winnipeg is free. Further than that, a travel fee may apply, and it will be included in your quote.
How far ahead should I book?
Graduation and portrait sessions need at least 3 days' notice, sports and events 7 days, and brand shoots 14 days. You can request dates up to 12 months ahead.
What should I wear?
Solid colours photograph best. Avoid large logos and busy patterns, and bring a second outfit for portrait sessions if you'd like variety. For teams, matching uniforms look great.
